Biller processes payments within 3-4 business days, except on national bank holidays. Have you already made a payment, but you're still receiving reminders from us to pay? It's possible that we haven't fully processed your payment yet.
If it's been four business days and you're still getting reminders, please email us at support@biller.ai with proof of payment that includes the payment reference, the payment amount, and the timestamp. This will help us trace your payment and adjust the payment request as needed.
