How long does it take to process my payment?

Payments are processed within 1-2 business days, with the exception of national bank holidays. Did you transfer the payment already yet still receive reminders from Biller to pay? It might happen that we did not fully process your payment just yet.

If two business days passed and you're still receiving reminders, please reach out to with a proof of payment that includes the payment reference used, the amount of the payment and the timestamp to make sure we can trace down your payment and adjust the payment request accordingly.
