I've paid the webshop instead of Biller. How can I solve this?

You've received a payment reminder from Biller, in case we haven't received a payment just yet. Did you already pay? It might happen that you've paid the webshop directly instead of Biller.

In this case, please contact Biller's support team via support@biller.ai and let us know which order was paid to the seller directly and include a proof of payment in your email. 

After, please contact the webshop and inform the seller about the situation. The seller is aware of the steps they should take to resolve the direct payment.
