How can I return an order?

There are various reasons why you would like to return your order. In all cases, we kindly ask you to contact the seller to receive more information about the return policy.

Once the return is received, the seller is required to register the return on the invoice. As soon as Biller is notified by the seller that the return is registered, we will ensure to refund your payment (if already paid) accordingly. This refund will be transferred to the same bank account details as used for your payment to Biller.

In case you didn't pay just yet, we will withdraw the payment request if the order is fully returned, or we adjust the invoice if the order is partially returned.
