Who is responsible for shipping and returns?

Deliveries and returns are the seller's responsibility. Once an order is shipped, the seller must capture the order in the seller portal. We encourage sellers to ship goods and capture orders on the same day.

For returns, the seller must communicate directly with the buyer. In case of a refund, please submit the refund in the seller portal before handling the return or pick up.
