Yes, this is correct. It's expected that your dedicated Customer Success Manager will reach out to you, shortly after the agreement with Biller is signed and completed.

 

The Customer Success Manager will reach out to you on your provided registered email address, with more information about the implementation of Biller, the steps you can expect in the upcoming period and the invitation to schedule your first Kick-Off meeting.

 

Note: make sure that this email is coming from the @biller.ai domain. Biller will never request information from you from any other email domain than @biller.ai.
