I received a suspicious/fraudulent order. What should I do?

If you notice anything strange or unexpected with one of your orders purchased with Biller, please immediately contact our Fraud department: aml@biller.ai.

 

Please ensure to provide the order reference details and your argument why you believe we should flag the order as fraudulent or high-risk. With these details, we can investigate further and confirm whether the order is fraudulent or not.

 

Please ensure to only ship the parcel for the suspicious order when Biller provides the confirmation after the investigation is completed. If confirmed to be fraudulent, Biller will cancel the order accordingly and take the necessary steps to prevent this from happening again.
